Aspire Property Refurbishments is owned and run by Wendy Bailey. I have a fantastic project manager with over 25 years experience who runs all my jobs.

We specialise in loft conversions; our company being an approved Ecotrus registered company, allowing us to use the metal framework instead of traditional wood.

The Ecotrus system is quicker than traditional loft conversions, making this a good option for many households. We do still offer traditional loft conversions if you would prefer this option.
